Raghav Malik, Partner at the firm, is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of India since 2006.  With an experience of around 18 years, Raghav’s practice focuses on overall IP portfolios, brand protection and enforcement of multinationals, Fortune 500 companies, including the best-known pharmaceutical companies, fashion, banking & financial services and start-ups, to name a few and helps them develop worldwide branding strategies, including helping clients select, develop, expand and protect their valuable IP assets and enforcement. He advises his clients on intellectual property law protection and enforcement, due diligence, and licensing. Raghav’s practice also comprises of advising on compliances and pharma regulatory, exploitation of IP, advertising laws and regulatory codes. 

Raghav is a member of International Trade Marks Association (INTA) and has been actively involved in INTA Committees and is a part of INTA India Global Advisory Council. He is also a member of Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (IPAA) and a facilitator empanelled by the Indian Trade marks office to advice start-ups
