With close to two decades of experience spanning private intellectual property practice and in-house leadership roles. He advises clients on trademark prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, enforcement strategy, and cross-border portfolio management across South Asia and key international jurisdictions.
Naval began his career with Lall & Sethi in 2006, where he spent over seven years managing complex IP portfolios, including representing The Coca-Cola Company across South Asia and other jurisdictions. He later joined The Coca-Cola Company as Trademark Counsel for India and Asia Pacific, overseeing trademark strategy across approximately 50 countries. In this role, he worked closely with business and marketing teams on brand creation, brand equity management, risk mitigation, and budget stewardship.
Most recently, as a Partner at a leading IP law firm, Naval led contentious and advisory trademark mandates, mentored teams, and developed brand protection programs for prominent global and domestic clients.
