Background and proven track record

Nancy began her career in IP laws with Hon’ble Mr. Justice V.K. Shali (Retired) of the Delhi High Court as a Legal Researcher in the year 2010. She started her career in litigation with Lall & Sethi (6 yrs.) and was most recently with Mr. Chander M. Lall, a renowned Senior Advocate (4 years) and earned the respect of her clients, colleagues and peers in the industry.

Nancy has an extensive (~11 yrs.) experience in litigation and brand protection advisory. Her legal acumen, combined with her fierceness in Court enables her to provide her clients with quick and effective litigation solutions.
