Manika is a Partner at Lall & Sethi and a registered Patent Agent with over 12 years of experience in intellectual property law, specialising in patents across life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and technology-driven sectors. She leads the firm’s Life Sciences and Chemistry patent practice, advising multinational companies, research institutions, start-ups and innovators on complex IP matters.

Her practice covers patent prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, litigation strategy, portfolio management, technology transfer and due diligence, with extensive experience before the Indian Patent Office, tribunals and courts. She is also actively engaged in policy and thought leadership, regularly speaking at national and international conferences and contributing to discussions on emerging areas of patent law and technology.
