22.    Importation of infringing copies.

22. Every application, under sub-section (1) of section 53 shall be made in accordance with Form VI and shall be accompanied by the fee specified in the Second Schedule.

23.    Procedure for examination of Infringing copies. 

23. The Registrar of Copyrights or the person authorised by him in this behalf shall, in taking action under sub-section (2) of section 53, act in collaboration with customs authorities.

Note.-Section 53 of the Act prohibit importation of such copies.
